Two Background:
Two & Company, which includes the Foundation, Cafe, Shops, and Services, provides training and support that enable people of every ability to find happiness and success in the community workplace and beyond.
The founder's son, Derek, inspired her to start the Two Foundation in 2013 as a 501 C 3 non-profit. She never wanted labels to limit his opportunities. She was frustrated by how the system fails to transition individuals with cognitive and/or physical challenges into community employment and ultimately into society. She is passionate about helping others with exceptionalities to develop confidence, self-respect and find appropriate, long-lasting jobs in the community. This affects every aspect of their lives, which then forces positive change for them, their families, the businesses they work in, and within our communities.
